Hi! 👋 I am Sergey, a user experience and user interface designer at DataArt.
I started my career as a designer more than 13 years ago. For the last 8 years my focus has been creating enterprise applications for top companies worldwide, especially in finance, e-commerce and telecom. Also I’ve worked on e-commerce websites, mobile apps and kiosk interfaces. I am especially enthusiastic about taking on projects that involve complex data visualization.
What I love most is designing products that make people's work easier and more enjoyable.

User research
Usually, we have a special role for user researchers, but in some projects, I conducted user interviews and usability testing sessions (i.e. for Meer). I also made two pet projects with a single purpose to practice my user research skills (Osono and Goodnews ).
Ideation and wireframing
My favorite part of the job - from interpreting the research results as user story maps, JTBDs, or CJMs to sketching quick UI drafts with Fgma, or even with a pen and pencil. Also, know and use some exotic methodologies like Solution Design or TRIZ
Visual design, design systems
I think, here my portfolio may speak for itself. Apart, from the visual design, I also have experience in creating new design systems from scratch and in contributing to existing systems.
Data visualization
I have a solid theorethical background in the area and some completed projects (VeriScend and Mullenz as an example)
